A normal modular kitchen offers a practical and budget-friendly solution for everyday needs, using standard materials like B-grade plywood for cabinets, finished with basic laminates for durability and easy cleaning. It includes essential features like upper and lower cabinets, 4-6 pull-out baskets with standard channels, a cutlery drawer, a stainless steel sink, and designated spaces for a fridge and washing machine, ensuring functionality without premium extras like islands or advanced hardware.

This scope of work outlines the repair and maintenance of a modular kitchen, addressing issues with hinges, locks, doors, drawer channels, and Formica surfaces, including relaminating and refixing new Formica, door hinge (kabja) maintenance, and internal basket repairs. The tasks, ranging from minor to major, will be performed by one head carpenter and an assistant over an 8-hour period, ensuring a functional and aesthetically restored kitchen.
